Be A Winning Horse Bettor

Be A Winning Horse Bettor
If you want to be a winning horse bettor, then I suggest that you make your own horse racing system after learning as much as you can about horseracing. Horseracing is a very popular sport and is synonymous with betting. If you want to be a winning horse bettor and to make a living at horse betting, then you must be serious at horseracing. You will find that many people bet purely for the fun of it; looking at the name of the horse, the name of the jockey, or even obtuse ideas such as the birthday of the jockey. Many of the top horse handicappers often have a horse betting system they follow religiously.
I would suggest that you start out using a winning horse betting system such as "How to 'Place Bet' on Favorites for a Living" created by Mohammed Ali.
Once you have used the system, then you should create your own winning horse betting system. A few of the essential things you should consider if you want to create a winning horse racing betting system are:
1) Distance
Distance is a crucial factor that you have to weigh up before you pick out the horse that you will place a bet on in a certain race.
2) Number of Runners
Often the chance of a horse winning is significantly influenced by the number of contenders in a race. In my opinion, the lower number of horses racing on a track is better for the horse bettor.
3) The Ground
In addition to the above, it is also important that you should take into consideration when betting on a horse the kind of ground in which the horse will run. In horseracing, the ground could be referred to a good, soft, heavy, firm or combinations of the above. As with distance, horses will have preferences as to the type of ground that they run on, and again it is your job as a winning horse bettor to know this.
4) When the Last Race was Run
Is the horse well rested, has the horse not raced in over 6 months, etc.
5) Getting Help From The Racing Papers
I would suggest that you review the racing papers since they are a gold mine of information for the winning horse bettor. In reviewing the horseracing papers you will find much information about each horse such as its racing record laid bare before you, the distance of the horse in its last race, the distance the last time that the horse placed in the money, the ground preferences of the horse, etc.
